NEXT Weather: Cooler Tuesday, with spotty evening showers possible

NEXT Weather: 10 p.m. report from July 11, 2023

MINNEAPOLIS -- Scattered showers are moving across Minnesota from west to east Tuesday evening.

The high in the Twin Cities should be around 80. Spotty showers will hit parts of western Minnesota starting in the early evening, then move into southern Minnesota. It won't yield much rainfall, and no severe weather is expected.

Temperatures stay below average Wednesday, with a high of 78 in the Twin Cities. There will be showers possible late, but don't expect much.

Thursday we warm to near average, 82 degrees, with isolated showers in the area. Don't expect much rain.

Once again we could see scattered showers Friday, but again, not much is expected. The day's high will also be 82.

We do dry out this weekend. It will be a bit breezy, but it looks nice.
