NEXT Weather: Dry and sunny Tuesday, but rain returns later this week
MINNEAPOLIS – We're in for a quiet weather pattern for the next couple days with slowly warming temps.
Temperatures will stay below average, in the 50s, until Thursday – and that's when the rain arrives.
Expect a round of rain early Thursday followed by a fairly dry day. It will be windy with temps warming to 62 degrees, which is average. There will be a better chance of rain moving in later Thursday and lingering through Friday.
Friday will be wet, windy and cooler, with highs back in the low 50s. Precipitation could linger into Saturday for the eastern half of Minnesota. It stays cold and windy all weekend.
Don't expert temps to really start warming up until the second week of May.
