NEXT Weather: Cloudy, dry Wednesday before winds pick up Thursday

NEXT Weather: 10 p.m. report from Nov. 8, 2023

MINNEAPOLIS — Rain showers dried up Wednesday morning before a cloudy and dry day with temperatures in the low-50s.

Winds are expected to shift from southeast to northwest — with speeds of 5-15 mph.

On Thursday, the wind picks up even more and it isn't expected to be one of the better days to spend outdoors. Gusts are expected to reach over 30 mph at times.

We will see some sunshine and highs will be in the mid-40s, but the wind will make it feel much colder.

Temperatures continue to cool by the end of the week — highs in the 40s and lows in the 30s — but more sunshine is expected. Wind will die down for Friday before it picks back up again for the weekend.

Looking further out, things may warm up a bit. Temperatures could push into the 60s next week.
