The high temperature in the Twin Cities will not escape the 40s until the middle of next week.

Thursday will be windy and cold, and there could be some scattered flurries well up north.

Friday will be breezy and cold, and there will be more widespread flurries up north and into Wisconsin.

The wind does settle down this weekend, but we don't warm up much. Temps will be locked below average into next week.
