NEXT Weather: 10 p.m. report from Sept. 5, 2023

MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesotans are about to feel a rapid shift from brutal summer heat to fall-like temperatures.

The changemaker is a slow-moving front that's rolling eastward across Minnesota. Temps will drop into the 70s for much of central Minnesota by Tuesday evening, and into the 60s by early Wednesday morning. Wrap-around showers are possible through Wednesday morning in the metro.
