New 4th Street Ramp Opens In Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Although the commute was slick and messy Monday morning, drivers on Washington Avenue South in Minneapolis might have noticed easier traffic due to the opening of the new 4th Street ramp.
The ramp opened on Saturday and connects 4th Street traffic to Interstate 35W north.
The new ramp is part of a state project to reduce traffic on Washington Avenue South and improve access to I-35W north from downtown Minneapolis.
