Mpls. Hosts 30th Annual Homeless Memorial March

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A record number of people experiencing homelessness passed away this year in Minnesota.

On Thursday night, Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges was among those remembering them.

"It's important that we are out here to memorialize people who may not have been memorialized in any other way," Mayor Hodges said.

This is the 30th year of the annual event.
