MNfusion: CRAVE Opens 6th Location In Eden Prairie
A popular Twin Cities restaurant is expanding into the southwest metro.
On Friday, CRAVE opened its sixth location in the Eden Prairie Center. The restaurant sits in the former spot of Biaggi's, on Flying Cloud Drive.
"The overall décor of the new location represents an enormous evolution for CRAVE. The modern textures and materials used are completely unique to this location, and the results are unlike anything we've ever done before," Zach Sussman, VP of Marketing at Kaskaid Hospitality, said.
The menu will feature CRAVE favorites, including a full sushi menu. It will also feature brand new items for fall.
This includes a daily menu that will have a variety of appetizers, sandwiches and pastas.
The Eden Prairie location is also the only location that will host a Thanksgiving dinner. On Thursday, from 12 to 8 p.m. the restaurant will be opening for holiday diners.
"The menu will be limited and will include appetizers, starter salads, pastas, chicken, sushi, steaks and seafood. A full turkey dinner will also be available and will include turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, green beans and pumpkin pie," Sussman said.
To help keep flavors seamless across locations, CRAVE hired Chef Amanda Luna, formerly of CRAVE Galleria, to be one of the executive chefs. Chef Wilson Sotelo was also brought in.
To set itself apart from its previous locations, CRAVE Eden Prairie created the Garden Room. The private dining room can seat up to 30 people and has a small outdoor patio attached.
There is also a private Wine Room that can seat up to 60 people, or be divided into two separate spaces.
CRAVE Eden Prairie is open now.
Diners can visit from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, or 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
