MISSING: Willmar Police Seek Help Finding Nicole Kotzer
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police in Willmar say a vulnerable woman has gone missing and they're asking for the public's help.
The Willmar Police Department asked anyone with information about 36-year-old Nicole Amber Kotzer to call 320-235-2244.
Kotzer is described as 5-foot-11, 220 pounds with blue eyes, glasses, multiple tattoos and piercings.
Police said she has a shaved head and often wears a wig. They gave no information about her last known whereabouts or how long she has been missing.
