Brad Nagel found dead on his Red Wing property weeks after disappearance, sheriff says
GOODHUE COUNTY, Minn. — Authorities say they found a Red Wing man dead on his property, more than two weeks after he went missing.
According to the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office, 57-year-old Brad Nagel lost contact with his family on Nov. 15 shortly before midnight.
On Nov. 20, authorities found Nagel's pick-up truck in an undisclosed location.

On Sunday, Nagel's body was found "down a steep embankment with a single self-inflicted wound," the sheriff's office announced Monday.
Foul play isn't suspected, and the circumstances surrounding his death are still being investigated.
The sheriff's office says Nagel was an avid outdoorsman, and his family thanks everyone who helped in the search.
