MOORHEAD, Minn. — Authorities in Moorhead are asking for help in finding a missing 19-year-old man from Hunter, North Dakota.

Arthur Lyman Wiebe hasn't been seen since he left his family's shop on the 4100 block of 34th Avenue South around 10 p.m. Monday, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

Authorities believe he might have been trying to return to his home, but needed to seek shelter due to a rainstorm. He's described as "having minimal life experience and a very small social network." Investigators say he may have only a minimal amount of cash on his person.

Moorhead police say Wiebe is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, gray pants and dark shoes, the agency said. He was also believed to be wearing black Sketchers sneakers.
