Rain possible late Tuesday, with heat and humidity building for Minnesota State Fair kickoff
MINNEAPOLIS — Scattered showers will move out of Minnesota overnight Wednesday, leading to highs in the upper 70s with a partly cloudy sky.
The first day of the Minnesota State Fair on Thursday will start dry with showers moving in later. It will also be a bit breezy.
Friday will be dry with an average high near 80, but it will be a humid one, and it will get hot and sweatier this weekend.
Highs will be in the mid-80s on Saturday and near 90 degrees on Sunday.
It stays warm and humid on Monday before we cool Tuesday and into next week.
