Minnesota Celebrates Workers Memorial Day

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Minnesota is remembering those who have died because of their jobs.

The I-35W Saint Anthony Falls Bridge in Minneapolis was glowing orange Wednesday to recognize Workers Memorial Day.

The day is dedicated to remembering those in the construction trades killed by workplace accidents or illnesses.

Twelve Minnesotans died for those reasons over the past two years.
