Mike's Mix: Stubborn Mule At Herbie's On The Park
Each week, Mike Augustyniak finds a new cocktail from a local mixologist. This weekend, he heads to downtown St. Paul to try a Stubborn Mule at Herbie's on the Park.
Stubborn Mule
- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
- 4-5 oz Earl Giles ginger beer (or similar)
- 1 eyedropper Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
- Filthy brand Black Cherry to garnish
Instructions:
Shake bourbon and lemon juice together briefly, over ice. Strain into copper Mule mug filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a cherry.
