1 Arrested After Maple Grove Stabbing
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in Maple Grove say officers arrested a man in connection to a Wednesday night stabbing.
Authorities say officers were called to a reported stabbing just before midnight on the 17000 block of 96th Avenue. There, they found a man with a stab wound to his abdomen.
Officers learned the victim knew his assailant, and police say an arrest was made shortly after.
The name of the arrested man was not released.
The victim, who was also not named, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
Police say the stabbing remains under investigation.
