Man Drives Himself To Hospital After Suffering Gunshot Wound In Mpls.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis police say a man was shot on the city's south side Wednesday evening.

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. at the intersection of East 24th Street and Chicago Avenue. One man suffered a gunshot wound and drove himself to be treated at Abbott Northwestern.

Police say his injuries are non-life threatening.

The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating. As of right now, there are no suspects in custody.
