Man Hit By State Patrol Squad Car In St. Paul
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 22-year-old Minneapolis man was injured after he was hit by a Minnesota State Patrol squad car early Saturday morning.
The state patrol says the accident happened at about 2:42 a.m. at the intersection of Dale Street and St. Anthony Avenue in St. Paul.
Pedestrian Quincy Courts was walking southbound on Dale Street's crosswalk when he was struck by Trooper Peter Schultz, 28, who was making a left turn onto Saint Anthony Avenue.
Courts suffered non-life threatening injuries, and Schultz was not hurt.
