Man Found Dead With Gunshot Wounds In Mpls. ID'd
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities have identified the man who was found dead with gunshot wounds last week in a home on Minneapolis' north side.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office says 30-year-old Travis Washington, of Minneapolis, died in his home Thursday night of multiple gunshot wounds. His manner of death was listed as homicide.
Police said they found Washington's body after responding to the sound of muffled gunshots on the 3500 block of Knox Avenue North.
Investigators spoke with several people in the area after the shooting, but no arrests have yet been made.
