Man Charged With Murder For Hire In 2 ND Deaths

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A felon linked to fraud and terror in the North Dakota oil patch has been indicted on charges he hired people to gun down a former business associate in Washington state and kill a former employee whose body has not been found.

James Henrikson is charged with murder for hire in the deaths of Doug Carlile and Kristopher "K.C." Clarke. Henrikson's also charged with four counts of conspiracy to commit murder for hire, four counts of solicitation to commit the murder for hire and one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin.
