Man Arrested In Minnesota For North Dakota Killing
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Minnesota authorities have arrested a man in connection with the beating death of a homeless man in North Dakota.
KFGO-AM reports the suspect is being held on a first-degree manslaughter charge.
Fargo police on Nov. 26 found 54-year-old Mario Perez badly beaten in a vacant apartment downtown. His condition never improved and he died in the hospital about two weeks later.
The suspect was arrested at a home in Elbow Lake, Minnesota, and is awaiting extradition.
