Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan Engaged

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan announced she's engaged to former Minnesota Public Radio news reporter Tom Weber.
According to MPR, Flanagan, 39, and Weber, 40, were engaged Monday, but waited to inform the public until they could tell their close friends and family. Weber proposed to Flanagan while out to dinner in St. Paul.
In a tweet, Flanagan said she's "over the moon."
