LRT Switches To Buses Amid 'Police Incident'
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Metro Transit's light rail passengers were being rerouted to buses amid a police incident.
Minneapolis Police said that there was a suspicious package located.
Metro Transit said the Blue Line passengers were being put on buses between Target Field and Franklin Avenue stations.
Due to police incident, buses will begin to replace trains btw Franklin & Target Field Stations on the METRO Blue Line.

Also, Green Line passengers were being placed on buses between Target Field and Stadium Village.
Regular light rail service resumed just after 5 p.m.
