Klobuchar Mentioned As Potential Clinton VP
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- As Hillary Clinton gets closer to officially clinching the Democratic presidential nomination, talk of a running mate has begun.
Some say Clinton is considering an all-female ticket. One name on the list is Sen. Amy Klobuchar.
"I will say this: There are many, many good people out there and it's always an honor to be a mention for these things," said Klobuchar, "but I really think the focus needs to be on the issues and getting this nomination done."
Klobuchar says historically there have been two men on a ticket, so having two women wouldn't be totally crazy.
