Jordana's Blog: You're Eating What?
I think handsome husband just orders this to watch the reaction of other diners as it comes out of the kitchen.
It's the Whole Red Snapper at Wakame in St. Louis Park.
Don't get me wrong, it's absolutely delicious, and I imagine beautiful in it's own way, but I can't even take a bite until it's no longer eyeing me back.
I know I'm being squeamish -- and that even my sushi actually looked like this at one time -- but doesn't it look like it wants to swim off the plate?
