Hwy 61 Lane Closures Scheduled Near Hastings Next Week
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation says motorists will experience lane closures and delays in both directions of Highway 61 north of Hastings due to a repaving project.
According to MnDOT, starting on Monday at 7 p.m. the southbound Highway 61 between Maycrest Avenue and just north of the Highway 10 intersection will be reduced to a single lane.
Also, the northbound lane of Highway 61 for the same stretch will be reduced to one lane starting at 11:59 p.m. Monday.
MnDOT says crews are expected to finish paving the road in both directions by the start of the morning rush hour on Thursday – weather permitting.
