MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- As the holiday season comes to an end, it's time to clean up after Christmas, and for many families, that means figuring out how to dispose of your tree and decorations.
People living in Ramsey County can drop off their trees, wreaths and other greenery to the county's yard waste collection sites where they'll be composted for free.
In Hennepin County, trees under 6 feet can be left for curbside pickup on your regular pickup day.
Anoka and Washington Counties have drop off sites for Christmas tree and garland recycling open this weekend. There are a small fee at those locations.
