Sheriff: Col. Hts. Home Invasion Suspect Arrested
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The man accused of entering several homes and sexually assaulting a young woman in the Columbia Heights and St. Anthony areas has been arrested, according to the Anoka County Sheriff.
Jarid Troy Alan Jovanovich, 28, is accused of entering several homes in Columbia Heights and St. Anthony earlier this week. In one home, Jovanovich sexually assaulted a juvenile female who was asleep in the home.
Jovanovich was seen in St. Anthony on Sunday evening and south Minneapolis Monday morning.
The Anoka County Sheriff tweeted out that Jovanovich was taken into custody in Minneapolis late Wednesday morning.
