Highway 13 In Mendota Closes In Both Directions
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Motorists are being advised to seek alternate routes while Highway 13 in Mendota is closed for emergency repairs.
The highway was closed at 11 a.m. Tuesday both ways between 2nd Street and Lexington Avenue. The closure is necessary so crews can repair a slope that was damaged during the recent rain.
The road is expected to reopen on June 17.
In addition to the Hwy 13 closure, Big Rivers Regional Trail along Hwy 13 between Mendota and Lilydale is now closed indefinitely.
