Funeral Held For Student Killed After House Party
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Friends and family said goodbye Monday to a Sartell college student who was killed after attending a house party in Fargo.
Thomas Bearson, 18, was found dead last Tuesday morning in Moorhead. His funeral was held at St. Francis Xavier Church in Sartell.
Bearson was last seen near the North Dakota State University campus in Fargo last weekend. He was a freshman there.
Investigators classified his death as a homicide, but the police in Moorhead wouldn't say how he was killed, nor if they thought he was killed in Fargo and then moved.
Police are still looking for his left shoe and iPhone. They said those pieces of evidence could uncover more details in Bearson's death.
