NTSB: Flight From Minneapolis Landed At Wrong Airport
WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal officials are investigating an incident in which a Delta Air Lines jetliner landed at the wrong airport in South Dakota Thursday evening.
The National Transportation Safety Board says Delta Flight 2845 landed at Ellsworth Air Force Base at 8:42 p.m. Central Time Thursday, when its destination was an airport in Rapid City.
The flight had departed from Minneapolis.
