Bicyclist Struck, Killed In Sartell

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 54-year-old cyclist was struck and killed along Highway 15 in Stearns County Tuesday morning.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash happened near County Road 1 in Sartell at about 5:45 a.m.

Few details were immediately available, though the state patrol did say that all southbound lanes of Highway 15 were closed following the incident, and only one northbound lane was open.

The victim's name was not released, but the State Patrol did say that he was from Sartell.
