Alcohol Cited As Factor In Man's Death After Wedding
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A medical examiner has determined that alcohol was a factor in the death of a man who went missing after a wedding reception in Otsego.
Joe Brunn, 23, had been heading for a hotel that night when he went missing. After days of searching, a volunteer found his body in the Mississippi River last week, about a mile away from that hotel.
On Monday, the Anoka County Medical Examiner said that his death was an apparent drowning, and that alcohol intoxication was a "significant condition."
Brunn's death was ruled accidental.
