Ex-Minnesotan Wins On Weight-Loss Reality TV Show

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A young woman who grew up in Stillwater was just the "Biggest Loser" on national television Tuesday night.

Twenty-four-year-old Rachel Frederickson went from 260 pounds to 105 pounds, for a total loss of 155 pounds since late June. That's almost 60 percent of her body weight.

During the TV finale for the NBC show "The Biggest Loser," Frederickson walked alongside a hologram of what she used to look like.

For being the "Biggest Loser", Frederickson takes home $250,000.

She was a three-time state champion swimmer for Stillwater High School.

She now lives in Los Angeles.
