Trust Co. Asking For Entertainment Experts' Help With Prince Estate
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The special administrator handling Prince's estate is seeking authorization to hire entertainment industry experts to help manage and preserve his intellectual properties.
Court documents show Bremer Trust has asked to negotiate with and potentially employ these experts to help manage Prince's intellectual properties.
Bremer has also asked that the experts and/or companies they hire would remain confidential.
Prince was found dead at Paisley Park on April 22. Since his death, there have been many questions surrounding his estate, with multiple potential heirs stepping forward.
On Thursday, court documents were filed which would require existing claimants to Prince's estate to file a sworn affidavit by June 10.
