Eden Prairie Girl Sells Lemonade For Cancer Research
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (WCCO) -- A 10-year-old girl attracted big crowds in Eden Prairie on Sunday.
Hundreds of people were stopping by her lemonade stand. Chloe Russo has been selling lemonade at her stand in Eden Prairie for five years. All of the money she makes from the stand supports childhood cancer research.
Sunday was her last day this season.
"I'm donating money to the Children's Hospital and trying to find a cure for cancer because that's the second sickness, why kids are dying so it's really sad that kids are dying because of cancer," she said.
So far, Chloe has raised $1,000.
