Police: Woman Shot While In Line For Pizza In Downtown Mpls.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say a woman was shot while waiting in line for pizza in downtown Minneapolis early Saturday morning.

It happened in the 100 block of 4th Street at about 3 a.m., outside Pizza Luce.  Officers were monitoring bar closing when they heard gunshots. They then found a woman with a gunshot wound.

Police say they don't think she was the target.  She was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. A vehicle also had its windows shot out.

Police say they think the shots may have been fired from a vehicle. No arrests have been made in the case, which is under investigation.
