Study: Regular Date Nights Help Create Successful Marriages
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Date nights may be the key to a successful relationship.
A new study by British researchers found that splitting up is 14 percent less likely if married couples find time to go out on a date once a month.
The researchers said it could be the result of putting in a little effort or simply spending time together without distractions.
But, they did find that holding the dates more frequently, such as weekly, does not increase the chances of staying together.
