D'Amico & Sons Closing Uptown Restaurant
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An Italian favorite in the Uptown neighborhood is preparing to close its doors.
D'Amico & Sons Restaurant will close Dec. 30 after more than 20 years in business. The building along Hennepin Avenue is the original location for the restaurant chain.
A spokeswoman told us the shift in customers ordering delivery versus dining in is behind the decision. D'Amico says it will focus on the catering side of the business.
