Create Your Own Chocolate Treats For Valentine's Day
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Valentine's Day is just around the corner. And what better to get your loved one on this special day that hand-dipped chocolates and candies?
WCCO's Mike Augustyniak and Natalie Nyhus decided to do just that!
They dropped in to Just Truffles on Grand Avenue in St. Paul to learn how to make these treats from Kathleen O'Hehir-Johnson.
O'Hehir-Johnson is known as the 'chocolatier to the stars,' because her truffles have appeared on Oprah and the Food Network.
On Sunday, her truffles will be on the red carpet at the Grammys.
