'Cake Boss' Opens Up Shop At Mall Of America

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- When "Cake Boss" premiered on TLC back in 2009, chef and New Jersey bakery owner Buddy Valastro became a global food superstar.
That success allowed him to open Carlo's Bakeries around the country – including at Bloomington's Mall of America, which just officially opened Saturday morning.
In the video above, WCCO's Jennifer Mayerle and Mike Augustyniak chatted with Valastro about how a promise to his dad drives him.
