Brooklyn Park Police: Girl Found Safe After 'Suspicious Circumstances'
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police in Brooklyn Park say a young girl was found safe after she and another man were involved in "suspicious circumstances" in the lobby of the police department.
Officials say the young girl walked into the lobby of the department and told the receptionist that she was "afraid of the man behind her." Soon after, a man walked into the lobby and told the girl it was time to go.
Police say the child responded, ran out of the building and car parked in the lot with another person inside. Police say the man followed the child out, got in the car and the three individuals drove away.
