Body Found At 'U' West Bank
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are investigating after a body was discovered on the University of Minnesota's west bank campus.
The university police department reported Tuesday that a body of an adult male had been discovered near West River Parkway and Washington Avenue. Police said a person came upon the body lying on the ground under a bridge toward the south.
The Minneapolis Police Department's park officers are also on the scene.
West River Parkway is expected to be closed near Washington Avenue for another hour.
