Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament kicks off in Minneapolis

Many of the best women's basketball players are right here in the Twin Cities this morning. That's because the Big 10 Women's Basketball Tournament starts today. 

The Gophers open the tournament at 1 p.m. against Penn State at Target Center.
