"Masu Sushi and Robata in Northeast Minneapolis is great," says Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce Communications & Event Specialist Sheila Skelley, adding, "It's pretty rare to get sushi and sake at these prices and it's great quality." It figures that the owner of one of the country's largest purveyors of fresh fish, Sushi Avenue, is behind the creation of this innovative, contemporary and Japanese-chic restaurant concept. As it turns out, late-night happy hour is a better time to take advantage of the good food, drink and service at this popular, packed and often noisy restaurant.
