Authorities Seek Help Locating Missing White Bear Lake Man

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is seeking the public's help locating a missing White Bear Lake man.

According to officials, 20-year-old Joshua Tyler Papenheim was last seen by his roommate at 6 a.m. Wednesday. Officials are concerned for his welfare.

Papenheim was driving a 2013 silver Toyota Prius with California license plate 7AGT653.

His last known location was Beaver Bay at 3 p.m. on Wednesday. Authorities are asking people with homes in the North Shore to check their properties for Papenheim, the car or any sign of someone seeking shelter.

He is described as being 5'3" and roughly 120 pounds. He has brown eyes and blond hair. Police said he may be wearing a blue Hollister jacket or a brown jacket and blue jeans.

Papenheim has a scar just below his nose and above his upper lip. He also has a large mole on the right side of his neck.
