Update: St. Cloud Authorities Find Missing 9-Year-Old Lowell McClure Safe

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Law enforcement agencies say they found a missing 9-year-old boy safe on Thursday afternoon.
Lowell McClure had last been seen fishing with his brother near the Munsinger Gardens by the Mississippi River, around 1:45 p.m.
Police K9 teams searched the area for McClure. Boats were also seen searching in the water.
Eventually he was found at a friend's home, according to a press release.
