Authorities Arrest Suspect In Montevideo Fatal Stabbing
MONTEVIDEO, Minn. (AP/WCCO) — Authorities are holding a suspect in the fatal stabbing of his Montevideo housemate.
Police officers who responded to a report of a fight Tuesday arrived to find that Kevin Arthur Richardson, 44, had already been driven to a hospital with knife wounds. He later died of his injuries.
Police arrested Michael Dean Grussing, 54, at the scene. He's being held in the Chippewa County jail pending charges.
Police have not yet said what led to the stabbing.
Montevideo is about 130 miles west of Minneapolis.
