Anoka Co. Judge Suspended, Accused Of Residency Violation

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Supreme Court has temporarily suspended an Anoka County judge.

Judge Alan Pendleton is accused of violating residency rules.

A panel appointed by the Supreme Court found Pendleton was not living in Anoka County from January through June of last year, but rather with his wife in Minnetonka.

The panel recommended suspension for six months.

The court will make a final decision.
