Alisha Perkins: Runner, Author, Mom

Alisha Perkins was a guest on WCCO 4 News at Noon on Wednesday, May 11.

She writes a running and lifestyle blog called Run Like A Mother.

Perkins is a mother of two girls and the wife of Twins player Glen Perkins.

Her book, "Running Home," comes out on May 15.
