Man, 30, Arrested After Fight At Alexandria Bar
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in Alexandria say a 30-year-old man was arrested over the weekend following a fight at a bar involving a knife.
The fight happened Saturday night at Fat Daddy's Bar on 30th Avenue West. Police say they responded and arrested 30-year-old Jeremy Opperud, whom witnesses say attacked a 38-year-old St. Joseph man.
The victim, who did not require medical attention, did not know Opperud, police said. The motive for the assault is unknown.
Opperud, of Osakis, remains in custody.
